We define philanthropy as the giving of resources in an engaged and strategic way for maximum impact and in a tax efficient manner. It can include the giving of money, assets, time, talent, voice and one’s social capital. We believe in the power of philanthropy as a great social connector and the source of many great opportunities.

BeyondMe (formerly Young Philanthropy) is a network of charities, businesses and professionals working to make a meaningful impact on the world beyond them.

On November 12, they will present BeyondDinner: a dinner party with a twist. The event will bring together 10 people who know about BeyondMe and 10 who don't, as well as a special guest speaker.

The dinner will be themed around water and will be hosted by Pete and Mark from PwC, who are supporting Renewable World - a charity providing water and lighting to developing countries through renewable energy systems.
